Inspire began once upon a time as a mobile exercise company, and as such the value and belief that high-quality exercise intervention is a cornerstone of health is in our DNA.
The exercise team consists of many highly skilled exercise physiologists and exercise scientists who are passionate about advocating for the many benefits that effective exercise and training offer. NDIS
Inspire Health Services is a registered NDIS provider with the ability to deliver services through our physiotherapy and exercise departments. Our practitioners have experience supporting participants with a range of disabilities and needs. This service is available at both clinic locations, and we offer a dedicated quiet hour within our gym space every week.
