Inspire reformer studio

Led by Inspire Pilates instructors, Inspire Reformer Studio delivers a fitness-focused reformer schedule with multiple classes running weekly across both Albion and West End locations. These 45 minute sessions are designed to build strength, improve mobility, support bone health with essential loading, improve conditioning and fitness, complement your training routine, and enhance sports performance and reduce injury risk. These sessions provide a higher-intensity approach while still allowing for individual guidance and progression.

With only 5 participants per class, you'll enjoy group Pilates exercises focussed in on your specific fitness and health goals within a supportive group environment. Whether you’re looking to enhance performance, build resilience, or add variety to your training, our instructors ensure each session is both challenging and effective.

  • Inspire Reformer Studio classes are small-group, instructor-led 45-minute sessions focused on building strength, improving mobility, supporting bone health, and enhancing overall fitness.

    They’re ideal if you:

    • Enjoy gym or group fitness training

    • Have done Reformer before and want to continue progressing

    • Are looking to complement your current exercise routine

    • Play sport and want to improve performance and reduce injury risk

    • Want a focused, small-group environment (maximum 5 per class)

    These classes are run by Pilates instructors and can be tailored to suit beginners through to more experienced participants. As fitness-based group sessions, they are not rebateable through private health.

    Our clinical classes supervised by our physiotherapists and supported by our exercise physiologists are run to target specific health goals and rehabilitation. This can include injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, balance rehabilitation, early acute conditioning, performance, low back pain management, postural re-education, movement retraining, pregnancy and postnatal care.

  • On the other hand, are physiotherapy or exercise physiology led and individually tailored based on your injury history, rehabilitation needs, and long-term health goals. Apart from being an integral part of rehabilitation and injury management, these classes offer a high level of evidence-based exercise designed by highly qualified allied health professionals aimed at gaining strength, mobility, bone health, enhanced performance and improved movement mechanics. Because of this, these classes are longer, usually lasting up to an hour.

  • Our clinical classes are designed for beginners to exercise and pilates through to advanced pilates clients and high level athletes.

    Our classes are always varied in age and gender and our instructors are skilled and providing varying degrees of difficulty with each exercise.

  • Bring a towel, socks (grip socks if you have them, or we sell them at reception), and a water bottle!
