Dorothy Hawkins is Inspire’s Head Senior Physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical leadership experience. She specialises in musculoskeletal and sports injury management and has an extensive background in elite sport, including serving on the Australian Olympic Medical Team and supporting Australian athletes at major international events.

Molly is a Senior Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Physiotherapist at Inspire, specialising in pregnancy and postnatal care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and menopause-related concerns. As a mum and runner, she combines clinical expertise with lived experience, providing personalised care to help women feel confident, supported, and strong at every stage of life.

Lachlan is a Physiotherapist specialising in sports and orthopaedic injury assessment and management, with extensive experience across Australian Rules Football, soccer, touch football, and rugby union. He is Senior Physiotherapist for the Brothers Rugby Union Women’s program in 2026 and served as Physiotherapist for Papua New Guinea at the 2024 Touch Football World Cup
Sam is a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in sports injuries, return-to-play, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation for active populations. He was the NPL Women’s Physiotherapist for Brisbane City FC across two premiership-winning seasons, served as Head Physiotherapist for Football Queensland, and has led medical teams across multiple junior academy programs.

Robert Haugh is a Senior Physiotherapist and Business Manager specialising in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. A James Cook University graduate, he helps athletes and active individuals recover, move well, and achieve their goals using manual therapy, dry needling, and targeted exercise.

She completed a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in Boston and worked at Massachusetts General Hospital Sports Medicine. With over a decade as an elite athlete and coach, she helps motivated athletes achieve peak performance.
Ben is a senior Physiotherapist with 15+ years’ experience in the NHS and private musculoskeletal practice, focused on active population physio and exercise rehabilitation. He helps people stay physically capable, optimise movement, and support training goals, with particular expertise in ankle, hip, knee, and shoulder care tailored to active lifestyles.

Mark is a Performance Specialist with nearly 20 years’ experience in strength and conditioning and allied health. He designs evidence‑based training and rehabilitation programs that enhance movement, reduce injury risk, and drive performance, specialising in rowing. Mark helps athletes and clients build lasting strength, function, and resilience.
